Besides his performing career Paul Cibis also devotes a lot of his time to teaching. Since 2002 he teaches and lectures as the assistant of Prof Peter Feuchtwanger in London, e.g. at masterclasses and workshops for the International Society for Study of Tension in Performance (ISSTIP) and the European Piano Teachers Association (EPTA). His workshops and masterclasses have brought him several times as far as Taiwan. Further invitations include workshops in Japan and Korea.

Paul Cibis has gained much experience in dealing with all physiological aspects of piano playing and successful treatment of possible problems and injuries such as tendonitis, focal dystonia etc. He will be conducting a research project on certain aspects of the relations between physiological and psychological conditions for successful performing.
